The configuration lives in the admin area and is separate for each workspace.

Amount thresholds
- Minimum amount — below this, no task is opened at all (0 = no filter)
- High amount — above this, a match raises an immediate alert: a notification, and a WhatsApp message if you want one
The two thresholds together cut the noise: small notices do not fill the list, and a big one does not slip past.
AI matching
With AI mode on, relevance is judged on the content of the notice rather than keywords alone. You can additionally let the AI read your own tasks and projects, so it takes into account what you actually work on.
Results
Outcomes of completed tenders are kept too: who won and at what price — useful context the next time you price a bid.
