The module grid
Not every workspace needs every module. The admin console has a grid: rows are workspaces, columns are modules (WhatsApp, on-call, SIP and so on). Flip a switch to enable a module for that workspace.
With a module off, that workspace's users do not see it in the navigation at all — the interface does not fill up with sections nobody uses.
