Roles
There are three levels within a project: view, edit and manage (adding members, changing settings). Workspace admins and system admins can reach every project.
External clients
Add the client to the project with the viewer role and turn on “client view”: they follow progress and statuses but cannot post comments, reactions or time entries. That removes the need to prepare a separate status document.
