A portfolio is a collection of projects. Instead of opening each one, a manager sees them in a single list: how many projects, how much open work in each, how much is done and how much is late.
- 1Create a portfolio and name it (“Client projects” or “Q3 targets”, say).
- 2Add the projects you want to follow.
- 3The list shows each project's health badge and figures.
A project can sit in several portfolios at once — in “Client projects” and “This quarter” at the same time, for example.
The health badge earns its keep here: projects marked “at risk” stand out immediately in the list.
