Portfolios and goals

Portfolios

Grouping related projects and watching them on one screen.

A portfolio is a collection of projects. Instead of opening each one, a manager sees them in a single list: how many projects, how much open work in each, how much is done and how much is late.

  1. 1Create a portfolio and name it (“Client projects” or “Q3 targets”, say).
  2. 2Add the projects you want to follow.
  3. 3The list shows each project's health badge and figures.

A project can sit in several portfolios at once — in “Client projects” and “This quarter” at the same time, for example.

The health badge earns its keep here: projects marked “at risk” stand out immediately in the list.
