The 🧪 Send test button in the Integration panel creates a sample incident and runs it through the real processing path — so if you see the result, the Grafana webhook will work too.
The test notifies only the person who pressed it — the team's on-call is not disturbed. Repeating the test does not open a second incident; it bumps the counter on the existing one.
If nothing happens
- Check the token — regenerating one invalidates the old immediately
- Check the rotation is active
- Check the URL contains
