An incoming webhook URL can be created for any channel. Anything posted to it appears in the channel — so CI/CD, monitoring or your own scripts can report there.
There is also a second option: a webhook can create a task directly — the outside system does not just report, it opens work.
Git integration
You can bind a repository to a project: commit and pull-request notifications land in that project's channel. With several repositories, each is routed to its own project.
