The widget is the form embedded in your own site: a visitor clicks a button, a small panel opens, and they write their request. The result is a task in your project.
- 1In the project settings, under “Embeddable support widget”, create a key (name it after the site, say).
- 2Copy the embed snippet you are given and paste it into your page.
- 3Tune the appearance: title, button text, greeting, colour, position (right/left) and language.
Security settings
| Setting | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Allowed domains | The widget only works on the sites you list. Leave it empty and it works anywhere. |
| Sign-in mode | Anonymous — anyone can write. SSO — the visitor is recognised through the shared account system. |
| Captcha | Keeps bot submissions out. |
Statistics
Per key: total submissions, the last 7 and 30 days, and how many came from which domain. With several sites you can see which one brings the most requests.
A key can be revoked — that embed stops working immediately.
