Connecting a mailbox

With your mail connected you read, reply and turn messages into tasks in one place — no switching between a mail client and the work system.

Gmail

You connect your Google account and grant access. No password is stored in the system.

IMAP or Exchange

1. 1Go to Settings → “Mail accounts” → add an account.
2. 2For incoming mail: server address, port and encryption (SSL/TLS or STARTTLS).
3. 3For sending: SMTP server, port and encryption.
4. 4Username and password — then use “test” to check the connection.
