Project announcements
A project has its own announcement board. Unlike chat, what you post here stays put — it does not scroll away. It is for the brief, a decision, a ground rule: the things everyone on the project needs to know.
- Edit rights on the project are enough to post
- A project manager can pin an important announcement to the top
- An announcement has a title and a body
If the discussion is about one task, comment on that task instead — the context stays with the work.
Workflow bundles
Rather than building a new project from nothing, apply a ready-made bundle: sections and custom fields appear in one click.

Only a project manager can apply one. Applying is safe: a section or field whose name already exists is skipped, so applying two bundles in a row — or the same one twice — breaks nothing.
