The module watches public procurement notices continuously, picks the ones that match your line of business, and opens each as a task. Nobody has to browse the notices — the relevant ones come to you.
How it works
- The whole notice catalogue is pulled into the system's own database once an hour
- Matching then runs against that internal copy — fast, and not held up by the external source
- A matching notice becomes a task, assigned to the person you nominated
Because matching runs on the internal copy, how often you match and how often the catalogue refreshes are two separate things — raising one does not load the other.
Working hours
The bot runs on weekdays, 08:00–22:00 only. Overnight and at weekends it stops completely: no catalogue pull, no matching.
This is deliberate — a tender task opened at 3am would be read in the morning anyway, but it would have sent a notification in the night. Keep the window in mind if a tender is time-critical.
Expired notices
Notices past their deadline are cleaned up automatically, so the list does not grow forever.
